As well as a full eat-in kitchen and a dining room, the apartment includes outdoor entertaining on the expansive terrace with seating for 8 people and a state-of-the-art BBQ.
Santa Caterina Ionio Marina is bordered by eight kilometers of sandy beaches and crystal clear water, while the ancient village of Santa Caterina Ionio Superior is located approximately 600 meters above sea level and is surrounded by olive plantations and vineyards. The inhabitants of Santa Caterina Ionio reflect the warm and friendly Mediterranean hospitality. People are polite and are used to welcoming visitors from all over the world on a year-round basis, especially during the summer time.
The village provides all the necessary facilities and services for modern-day living: bank, grocery stores, supermarkets, two gas stations, several restaurants, bars, medical & dental clinics, legal and notary services, two schools, five churches, and a train and bus service that provides direct transportation to the airport, to Rome, and to other major Italian cities.

Provisional booking of accommodation should be made by phone or email. A deposit of 40% should be received within 7 days of the provisional booking being made. A receipt will be issued for the amount received. Bookings are valid from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of departure however, this may vary according to flight arrival time, flight departure. Any changes to the above arrival and departure times must be approved and arranged beforehand.
A deposit of 40% of the total price; the balance of payment must be received not less than 28 days before the date of arrival . The owner reserves the right to regard the booking as cancelled if the balance of the price remains unpaid after the due date, and shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid. For bookings made less than 28 days prior to the arrival , immediate payment of the total cost is required. Remittance made by bank transfers.
Cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt of the written cancellation advice.

In the very unlikely event that specific accommodation ceases to be available as booked, the owner will refund the client all monies paid (including the deposit).
The apartment is not cleaned daily but weekly.
Full details of key collection will be confirmed once final documentation has been issued.
The owner shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property however caused or arising during the accommodation period. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. No responsibility is accepted in the event the client has failed to arrange travel insurance.
A security deposit of Euro €100.00 payable to keyholder at check in and refunded at check out if there are no damages. Otherwise, should any of the equipment or furnishings in the accommodation being occupied by the client be lost or damaged, the client will be required to make immediate cash settlement with the owner for any necessary replacement or repair.
